At Dancefeathers, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for our customers worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time) All orders are processed and sent out within 1-3 business days (within 72 hours) after the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer two types of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipment (Post Airmail): 12-15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipment (DHL/FedEx): 7-9 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Dancefeathers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
