1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic and International Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $800. For orders under $800, a flat rate of $9 will be charged.Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): A flat rate of $25 for faster delivery (7-9 days).
3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
United States / Canada: 12-15 business days (Standard), 7-9 business days (Express).
Europe / UK: 12-15 business days.
Australia / New Zealand: 12-15 business days.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dancefeathers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
