Return & Refund Policy

 

1.We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at dancefeathers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue), we will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (ordered wrong color/size), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds
